Meet Our Team

Terry Herrmann
My passion for the game runs deep. Growing up, I didn’t have access to high-tech facilities or advanced resources—but that didn’t stop me from loving every moment I spent on the field. It’s that same love for the sport that drives me to create an affordable and welcoming space where athletes of all levels can train, grow, and improve.
I’ve built this facility with one goal in mind: to foster a community of athletes who push each other to be better, both on and off the field. Here, it’s not just about improving your swing or perfecting your pitch—it’s about being surrounded by teammates and friends who inspire you to work harder, dream bigger, and support one another through every challenge.
Baseball isn’t just a game; it’s a way of life, a source of discipline, and a platform for growth. My hope is that this facility becomes more than just a training space—it becomes a second home where players discover their potential and build lifelong connections with others who share their passion.
Welcome to the family. Let’s train hard, play harder, and grow together.

Paul Komistek
I had a successful collegiate career and achieved 1st Team and 2nd Team all conference my last two years, while gaining the Pre-Season Player of the Year award my senior year.
My mentor, Guillermo Martinez, is currently the Major League hitting coach for the Toronto Blue Jays. I’ve always wanted to give back the knowledge I have gained over the years in baseball and am excited to do that with giving lessons. I have in depth knowledge in mechanics, mental coaching, and college recruiting.

Dondrae Bremner
Hi everyone, my name is Dondrae Bremner. I played for the University of Cincinnati, was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds, and had the honor of representing Team Canada.
After coaching a 14U baseball team, I’m excited to offer private lessons. My focus is on infield work and hitting, but I also bring experience in outfield and pitching.
Whether its refining your mechanics, working on drills, or strengthening the mental side of the game, I’m here to help you take your skills to the next level.
